Our dedicated quality control and quality assurance team will check your items before shipment. The quality of our products is guaranteed. However, you do need to check the size carefully and accurately before buying. Please refer to the size chart on the product page.

Below are detailed instructions on how to handle returns or returns. This policy is effective from the date of purchase. Please check if one of these items is relevant to you and if our 30-day return policy covers these items.

Our 30-day full coverage return/exchange policy covers the following reasons.

1. We sent the wrong order or item, any damaged item you received, or the product received is of poor quality/defective.
2. The product size does not meet your requirements.
3. Please keep the product as original as possible. We only accept returns in good condition so that we can sell them to other customers in the future. All returned products must retain their original labels.


 Other instructions about returns

If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost after receiving the returned product. The shipping cost and original shipping cost of all returned items are non-refundable and borne by the customer.

If the customer requires replacement, we will re-deliver the new product within 3 days after receiving the returned product. The buyer shall bear the transportation cost of all returned items, and shall not charge the transportation cost of the re-delivery package.

Return process

STEP 1: If you need to return the goods, please contact our customer service. A representative will contact you via email and provide instructions. If you need help, please contact our only official email: garmeyzafiro7452@gmail.com.

STEP 2: After receiving the request, we will provide the return address by email within 24 hours. You need to return the goods to the address we provide within 3 days. Any promotional gifts must also be returned together with your returned items.

STEP 3: Provide me with the tracking number of the returned package. After we receive the returned package, the original payment method (excluding transportation costs) will be refunded within 48 hours.

Please note:
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team, please take the initiative to contact our customer service.
All returned items must carry all original labels and original packaging. We will not return any artificially damaged goods or exchange or exchange any second-hand goods.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel or change for free within the next 24 hours. Please note that for all cancelled or changed orders (after 24 hours), a 30% restocking fee will be charged for customized products. The goods will not be cancelled after delivery.
