Delivery time = processing time + shipping time
Processing time
It takes 3-5 working days for customized items to be finished by hand.
Shipment within 3-7 days.
Transportation time

Expedited delivery: 5-12 days
Standard delivery: 15-28
*Please note that the above time range does not include production time, delays caused by suppliers or services, and weather reasons.
If the package is delayed due to the seller's artificial reasons, the shipping fee will be refunded as compensation.
Shipping information
Please note that the shipping address is taken from PayPal records (PayPal checkout model). If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify it during checkout.
Before we ship, you can change the address. However, once we ship, we will not be able to change the shipping method or address.

When the carrier returns a package that cannot be delivered due to a problem with the recipient's address, if a refund is required, you will be charged for re-shipment. Please note that a 40% restocking fee will be charged.
